Does shipping cost me anything?

We charge a flat rate of 3.99€ for shipping.

How long does shipping take?

After receiving your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it (usually immediately). After order confirmation, we guarantee a delivery time of 4-9 business days and work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How can I return an order?

It's easy. Click on the "Cancellation Policy" button, and you'll find the form there. Send it to us via email at Kontakt@mickalo.de . We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Important! The order must be intact and still in its original packaging. Otherwise, we cannot accept a refund!

How can I follow the show?

With your order confirmation, you will receive an order number beginning with "MS1000." Using your order number and your email address, you can then track your order under Shipment Tracking. Or simply enter the shipment number.
